For those struggling with hurts, habits, or hang-ups, Trinity hosts Celebrate Recovery, a Christ-centered program that combines biblical truth with the Twelve Steps and Eight Recovery Principles. The program meets on campus and is open to anyone in the community seeking freedom and healing. Global Missions and the Cooperative Program

The church allocates eight percent of all undesignated gifts to the Southern Baptist Convention's Cooperative Program, the network through which Southern Baptist churches fund local and international ministry together. Isaac, Claudia, and their family have served in Papua New Guinea for over seven years, sharing the gospel with the island's tribes and cultures. In the summer of 2024, four members traveled to Llanera, Nueva Ecija, in the Philippines, working alongside Santa Barbara Church, sharing the gospel, baptizing students, and continuing disciple-making efforts.
Trinity also welcomes anyone called and committed to join future mission trips. Trips are framed not as vacations but as opportunities for growth and connection to a deeper purpose, with hands-on training for educators, Bible camps, and community construction and repair work.
What Trinity Church Believes
Trinity's doctrinal statement is rooted in the historic Christian creeds - Apostles', Nicene, and Chalcedonian - and aligned with the 1963 Baptist Faith and Message, which the church describes as a fuller articulation of its convictions. The church holds that all members should affirm a defined set of core doctrines, with charitable freedom allowed on secondary matters.

In mixed-gender teaching environments such as the Institute, High School Ministry, and Celebrate Recovery, qualified men oversee teaching and are encouraged to draw on the gifts of both men and women to shape the ministry. Gender-specific environments are led by leaders of the same gender.

Rocco Musumeche leads the elders as Head Elder, with Harry Briley, Baldo Pacheco, Andy Yuen, and Eugenio Pérez serving alongside him as elders.
Charlie Alberti and Kevin Schell serve as co-chair deacons, with Fernando Carrillo also serving as a deacon. Carlos Manzano directs worship for the Spanish congregation.
