A Come-As-You-Are Church on Five Notch Road
Grace Fellowship Church sits on West Five Notch Road in North Augusta, South Carolina. The church's identity is summed up in its vision: "Revealing God's love through relationship, not religion." Lead Pastor Phillip Hamilton and a team of friendly greeters welcome newcomers to a relaxed, grace-focused gathering each Sunday morning. Visitors are invited to grab a cup of coffee, stay a while, and get to know the people around them.
Sunday Mornings: Worship and the Word
Two Sunday services meet at 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM at 507 W Five Notch Rd. Each gathering opens with a powerful, intimate time of contemporary worship led by the church's praise band. After worship, Pastor Hamilton teaches a grace and faith-filled message rooted in Scripture. The dress is "come as you are," and the goal is for every guest to leave feeling known and welcomed.
For those who cannot attend in person, services are livestreamed on the church's YouTube channel and Facebook page.
Grace Kidz and Grace Youth
Grace Fellowship invests in its youngest members. Grace Kidz welcomes children from infants through 5th grade with biblical teaching, engaging worship, and relationship-driven small groups during the Sunday services. The aim is simple: every kid belongs here, and every family is invited into the process of knowing Jesus Christ.
Grace Youth, the church's middle school and high school ministry, meets on Sundays at 5:00 PM. Students gather at the Hamilton household for worship, biblical teaching, and small groups designed to help them find community, belonging, and vibrant life in Jesus.
Small Groups: Doing Life Together
Community is a core value at Grace Fellowship, and small groups serve as the main avenue for spiritual growth and life-on-life friendship. Members meet in homes around the area to study the Bible together, pray, and support one another through the changes and challenges of everyday life.
What Grace Fellowship Believes
The church teaches a clear three-fold message of Grace, Faith, and Peace. Grace is God's supernatural ability working in believers to do what they could not do on their own - the same power that raised Christ from the dead. Faith gives action to a confident hope in God's goodness, and through Jesus, believers are at peace with God and declared righteous through the finished work of the cross.
Three essentials shape church life: Salvation through faith in Jesus Christ as the only path to forgiveness; Water Baptism as an outward expression of an inward decision and identification with Christ's redemption; and the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, available to all believers after salvation, with speaking in tongues as the confirming sign.
Getting Involved and Giving Back
Beyond Sunday gatherings, Grace Fellowship keeps an active calendar of events, including a Remind group for the latest updates. Those hungry to dig deeper can search the resource library for scripture references, sermon series, and articles on specific topics.
Generosity is part of the church's teaching, and online giving is offered through an Easy-tithe link, where givers can give one-time gifts or set up recurring donations. Prayer requests and general questions can be sent to office@gfcna.net.
